Excellent representation helped me tremendously

Brett Manske of The Barnes Firm helped me with my hit and run case he was very personable and cared about my situation always making sure I was taken care of would make home visits and call me often to make sure I was good. I appreciate all that he has done for me and would strongly recommend Brett and The Barnes firm to anyone looking for a personal injury lawyer.

I called the Barnes Firm inquiring about legal services after my vehicle was totaled by a drunk driver, which took me permanently out of work . Along with permanent visual scaring on my face due to this accident . Numerous hospital visits , seeing making doctors , mri , just having many health issues overall because of this accident . Attorney Tim Hedges was who I spoke to upon me calling very rude and unprofessional. He seemed to be the only one that was able to talk because everytime he ask me a question he proceeded to cut me off . His approach as an attorney was very unprofessional as well no empathy what so ever . I don’t recommend this firm nor this attorney . Thank you

We chose the Barnes firm after my daughter was hit by a drunk driver last may. Brett was very caring,professional and really cared about doing everything he could for my daughter.Even though we didn't get what we were expecting,he went to bat for our daughter and got the most he could.I would highly recommend the Barnes firm for any personal injuries.Everyone from Brett to Cindy were very pleasant and very easy to communicate with during this trying time.Thank you Brett and Cindy and even Geoff for everything you have done we can not thank you enough

After a certain other supposed Auto injury specialist dropped me like a hot potato I was fortunate enough to get Tim Hedges and Sarah McGee of the Barnes firm to take the case. they were fantastic and they got me more than I ever anticipated.

This is the best attorneys that you can get for a car accidents me and my family we love them and I referred them to my families.

I was told to contact this firm and they would be able to guide/help me. I contacted them using the online system and spoke via type with someone for a few minutes. They with very few questions said someone would get back to me within I think 48 hours (I could be incorrect about the amount of time although that is a very reasonable amount of time to respond - no complaints) The response I received was an unequivocal "NO" I hadn't actually spoken to anyone about the accident or damage or other issues. They didn't care what I had to say. They only worried about me not being injured enough! They voicemail was: They don't take cases without a more significant amount of physical injury. That to me sounds like ambulance chasers. My situation was horrible and I was injured but because it isn't going to result in an enormous settlement for them they didn't even want to hear my information. It feels shady to me.
