I received a six-point speeding ticket in upstate NY and hired a lawyer for $350 to handle it. Instead of appearing in court, they sent a letter, causing a year-long delay. Although the charge was reduced to a two-point violation, I still had to pay the fine and take a defensive driving course. The main issues were poor communication and lack of updates. Initially, I thought the ticket was for three points, adding to my confusion. The lawyer’s absence in court made me feel unsupported. In hindsight, I could have pleaded guilty, paid the fine, and taken a defensive driving course myself, saving the $350 and avoiding the frustration and delay. The two points on my license, which can be mitigated by a defensive driving course, didn’t justify the cost and hassle. Overall, despite the point reduction, the delays and poor communication were very frustrating.

Mr. Egan goes above and beyond. He is always available to answer any questions you may have and always responds to voicemails. His knowledge and expertise along with his compassion and understanding make him the absolute best!!!!
