I felt very confident after my initial phone consultation with Peter. The process took 4 months from start to finish. He answered every email I sent and there were many! I felt well represented in court. I recommend Derrick Spatorico and his staff.

Very negative experience on the closing of our home. A 3,036 mistake was made on the closing. Derrick had a very negative attitude. After receiving his money he didn't care what happened to us after the fact. He stated good luck and hung up the phone. I would never recommend him or his company.

I hired Derrick to help me subdivide my property, sell the parcel with my house on it, and then create a conservation deed restriction on the other parcel. He got this all done in record time, and dealt with some very complicated issues related to the sale of the house and a portion of my land. He was creative, demanding, hard-driving and professional the whole way. And his fee was even reasonable. He will be doing all of my real estate legal work from now on.

Frank Ciardi is a stellar attorney. He helped my sibling not just once but numerous times, when other attorneys I am certain would have walked away. My sibling was a repeat offender of DWIs. Recently, at a real estate closing, Derrick arrived late, no appology given. He seemed to have a little attitude when he began his dialog. Upon realizing he could not give a dollar figure that also was not on any closing or HUD documents, to which he was supposedly told to receive, he then gathered his paper work, stood up and proceeded to berated the home purchaser, home purchaser's attorney and myself. I asked him to sit down and we could discuss and settle this like ladies and gentlemen. Derick refused. He told us that his clients(Sellers) were out of town and they could not be reached. He exited the room in the middle of the closing proceedings. Within thirty minutes or so, a representitive from Derrick's firm entered the room where our closing was continuing. With him he had the paper work and the dollar figure needed to complete the closing.(Imagine that). The question before us was if the buyer may or may not have owed monies to the seller. We needed to close to preserve the mortgage interest rate for the home purchaser. We issued, under duress, to the representitive a check for $155.00. Derick had previously instructed the representitive not to complete the closing without a check in hand for the $155.00. Previously, we had asked for a closing date in the middle of September. We were aware of the fact that scheduling a closing date the day before the mortage rate would expire could cause some unnecssary problems. Now, of course, I will not recommend Mr. Spatorico to any person who may ask me my opinion of any local attorneys. Then again, I would be very surprised if Mr. Spatorico would ever approach me for any assistance he may need from my arena.
