Derrick's name was on a list of recommended attorney's for using for real estate transactions. I researched all the names on the list and picked Derrick and 2 others and called and emailed each one late at night. Derrick was the one based on reviews I thought I would want, but I still wanted to talk to the others as well. Derrick was the first one to reach out, first thing that morning. He answered all my questions on the phone, and put me at ease immediately. The other two attorneys, one followed up late that afternoon, and the other one not until 2 days later. With real estate transactions, you only have a couple days, response time is very important. I choose to use Derrick based on initial calls, and he was wonderful to work with the entire time. I had some questions that could be considered out of scope of the legal side of purchase contracts and he researched and found answers to those as well. I will definitely be using Derrick in the future and highly recommend him to others.

Tim Sardone is the best lawyer out there!!!!! He is very personable, efficient, and proactive. You will not find someone who gets the job done any better than Tim! My fiancé and I are deaf and first time home owners so we had a lot of questions about the process of purchasing a home and he was not only responsive, but passionate about helping! Due to being deaf we were able to text and he was always very accommodative. Even after we closed on our home he was willing to answer any questions we had. An example of Tim’s proactivity is when he went the extra step to get the direct contact information of the company doing the title of the abstract from the sellers side and sent follow ups. The outside company took a little longer than normal and would’ve take much longer if Tim did not go above and beyond. Because of Tim we got to close on our target date!!!! If it wasn’t for Tim we would’ve had to wait at least 2 more weeks. Thank you Tim!! Plus his office space and those he works with are very friendly. Additionally Tim does wills and we will without a doubt go back to him when this time comes!

We worked with Tim Sardone, Esquire to draft our will, health care proxies, and power of attorney documents. He made a complicated process as easy as possible by asking us to provide background information ahead of our in person meeting.
