Your most important asset is Time, and Tim understands this. He made my home buying process smooth. Communication was clear and when things ramped up at the end he did not hesitate, he made it happen. I couldn't recommend Tim enough. He is professional, concise, and therefore efficient. And if you're going to be anything, you should be efficient.

Mr. Sardone is an excellent attorney. He is very knowledgeable about real estate law in all aspects. He was quick to respond to questions and follow up questions. His services were reasonable and affordable. He took great initiative to help me thru a few road blocks my buyer put in the way. Because of this, I was able to close on my new property in another state in a timely manner. He helped me avoid what could have been a great financial hardship. Anthony is handling my custody and visitation along with child support matter. He has been nothing but extraordinary. Timely responses, professionalism, and he knows his stuff. We would highly recommend Tim. We moved out of state and he handled every issue that came up, keeping us informed in a timely manner. We weren't able to be at closing and Tim took care of that also. I've used other lawyers but none were as easy to get ahold of. Don't hesitate having Tim as your attorney he definitely earns his fee. Thank you Tim for all your help.
