I love what u guys did for me my lawyer was great I got 7 tickets and a dwi I got all tickets dropped and got a dui which is a lot better then a dwi but the help I got and everything to help me in court was 100 percent perfect I Would recommend you guys to anyone that got a DWI hopefully no one gets one but I would definitely recommend you guys to someone if someone did u guys helped me out so much

My daughter had a severe TBI , and during her stay in the hospital she received a IVC filter to stop blood clots from traveling through her body . After it was put in they said it was permanent and wouldn't be removed. After time the filt broke a ND a piece traveling through here body never to be found . Also another leg of the filter punctured her spine , liver and stomach. This caused leg pain and stomach pain. After surching we found a Dr. in California that old remove it .After a lot of time and effort we got our daughter there and her surgery was a success. We found that there were thousands of people around the world with the same problem. We felt this needed to stop and that Bard company needed to pay for all the pain they've caused , not to mention death .we met with Adley . She was great with our daughter and made sure we understood everything she was doing . She kept in touch with us to inform us on what was happening. Hadley was prompt on returning calls, and very informative. I wouldn't think twice to use her again , I can't say enough about what I think of her ..We won the case and that will help Kaylin when we're no longer here. WORST COMPANY EVER. HIRED THEM AND THEY DID NOT EVER RETURN MY PHONE CALLS

Hadley was very thorough on the medical practice of my case. She displayed in detail the negligence of the physicians care of me. Her co council was Steve who assisted her with details during presentation to the jury and cross examination of the physicians involved. Unfortunately these doctors were so called local icons of this community and the judge baker preciding this case was his first civil case. He was totally bias against the plantif and refused evidence to be admitted. Hadley filed many appeals against his rulings. The jury found defendants not guilty. Hadley appealed the case and it's prejudice to the Supreme court in which overwhelming evidence the verdict was overturned and a new trial was scheduled. We decided to accept a settlement due to the odds of a new trial going against me again. Considering the same judge would preside again. I'm truly grateful she continued to fight for me and was successful. It wasn't the settlement I was hoping for considering the cost of trial and expenses occurred and the gamble of a new trial was too risky. I appreciate her efforts that resulted in a win for my case.

This firm was recommended to me by MetLife Legal. I reached out to Joe to see if he'd be able to help me with some legal work around the purchase of a house. He agreed to help. He then apparently assigned the case to a colleague, Mark. I sent Mark, Joe, and their office staff emails with all of the documents they needed to review. After one initial phone call with Joe and one with Mark, I was unable to get either of them on the phone or to call me back, in spite of leaving voicemails and messages with their receptionist. On the day of the deadline for the attorney approval letter, I was finally able to get Joe to call me back and I found out that no one had actually been working on my case or even read the documents I sent. Unethical, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Would not recommend them.
