With anything in life you get what you pay for, And when your family and life hang in the balance due to a miscarriage of the justice system these are the people you want by your side. Everyone in the office is understanding and makes sure you are part of the process and well informed. They work hard to get you the best and just outcome.

I would highly recommend Mr Riotto and his law firm. Their experience, diligence and persistence led to my case being dismissed from town court. I wouldn't hesitate to use the practice again, but sure hope I never have the need :)

After much research, I decided to call Mr. James Riotto's law office. From my own experience (starting from the time they answered my initial questions to helping me get a satisfactory resolution to my speeding ticket), I can say that the rave reviews are 100% accurate. Everyone at the law office was always prompt and professional, and the way they handled everything so smoothly and quickly is very impressive. I highly recommend them.

I have not retained counsel from Mr. Schmitt yet but i will shortly. i have a couple friends and family memebers who have used this man for a plethora of different cases all with amazing results. Any negative review on here is obviously someone who didn’t get their way becuase they were going this man in court. I highly recommend Mr. Schmitt for any family court matter. Less than a week before my initial court date I contacted Mr. Schmitt's office and he called me back the same day, offering to meet with me the next day. When my case was transferred to a different court, Mr. Schmitt was right there with me. Throughout the entire process he was able to ease any concern or confusion I had about my case. He was prompt in returning calls and emails, every time. He is logical, understanding, and was able to get me the result I wanted. Don't look any further if you want an attorney who actually cares about you and the outcome!
