William Mattar is very down to Earth and a great negotiator. He cares about his clients and their results in the courtroom. I have found him to also be a very caring and giving man. He frequently donates his time and resources to community causes. He is very involved with the Boy Scouts as well as using his resources to pay for cab rides on New Year's Eve so people don't drink and drive. I highly recommend him.

I received a speeding ticket on grand island. I contacted Mr. Foti who was able to get the ticket reduced to a parking violation without myself ever needing to return to the area for a court appearance. Even though Mr. Foti is constantly on the news defending some of the most high profile cases in western New York, he still spoke and explained everything to me as if I was his most important client.
