I sought Randi Proukou’s legal advice for a complicated WC case with a large school district. Mrs. Proukou & her staff always kept me informed of progress of my case & always responded back to any inquiries I made promptly. Not only was I awarded what was owed at my WC hearing but even in the Fast pace of such proceedings Randi spotted an error in the figures. More importantly, she advised me to keep my case open which I did. This was the BEST advice & a decision I have been deeply grateful to her for. Randi basically changed my life and I am so grateful for her representation. There's so many reasons why I'm so happy to have been represented by Randi: 1. Her assistant Kim is patient, empathetic, friendly, and proactive. I don't like talking on the phone, but it was easy to talk to her. 2. Randi patiently explained every step of the (stressful, outdated, and barbaric) disability application process, what she could and could not help me with, and was on top of everything. I am a worrier, especially about things I cannot control, and I felt like I could relax and truly rely on her and trust her. 3. The best law firm

I was injured in 2021. Randi Prokou was my attorney. She was knowledgeable and aggressive when needed. She always returned my phone calls within a reasonable time and answered my questions. If Randi wasn’t available I usually talked with Kim or Erin. I would highly recommend Zea Prokou. A great bunch of people
