I contacted Tom through a site on the internet. I hired him after we had talked in person and he told me what he could try to do for me. He was very good at explaining the details of my case. He explained what to expect when I was going through the various stages of the case. I liked his personality and the way he was patient when I would get nervous or even scared at times when I didn't understand the reasons for parts of the case.
