Having this be the first time ever needing an attorney I was not only ashamed but lost. The only “good” thing for going on the Internet was finding Richard to be my attorney. Not only did his website catch my eye but his reviews made me make the call. Reviews don’t lie. Thank you for not only taking care of everything so I could catch my breath again but letting me know everything will be okay soon! Mr. Dever was on top of everything, I live in New York City and the hassle to go all the way up to Rochester would have been crazy but Mr. Dever made it happen I only had to go for the plea deal 1 time and his prices are great considering everyone else. Thanks Mr. Dever
