I am so thankful that I was referred to Segar and Sciortino. I started without a lawyer and soon found out I needed one. They were so instrumental in my finally receiving the surgery that was need. I was soon back to work and enjoying life again.

Where should I begin?? I contacted this company for a case I really needed help in fighting the person they gave me Never called me back after 3 weeks I called and was given one of the Top attorneys of the Firm who truly did not want my case. After 1 court case he cursed at me over the phone and told me to find another attorney after asking questions he did not care to answer. Angry & Humiliated I reported him as well as the conduct of the Law Firm to the CEO who then apologized for the actions of his Firm conduct and his attorney, decided to take on my case. After never really wanting to take this the case again but felt embarrassed what expired within his Firm's actions, decided to take on my case. To make a long story short I should have went with my "gut" to move on from this Law Firm I was set up from the beginning I needed help and fast and I thought Segar & Sciortino could have help me but I found out the hard way. After 5+ years and plenty of surgeries my wife and I fought to the final court case & the CEO who specialty is what my case was All about "MY ATTORNEY" forgets to file the Memorandum on my behalf Wow!! Blind sided like a Mac truck I was thrown under the bus handed to the ENEMY on a silver platter just like that my case was over before it started. To whom it may concern put No trust in man & always ask as many questions as you can because when it comes down to it Law firms care about themselves First and they ALL from both sides know each other protect yourself..

Up front they couldn't help us, didnt waste our time or theirs.

MARK HAYDEN WAS NOT ONLY CLEAR INFORMING ME AS TO THE INS AND OUTS OF THE DISABILITY CRAZY GAME... HE WAS ALWAYS KEEPING ME UPDATED AS TO THE STATUS OF MY CASE... EVERYTIME I WAS PITCHED A CURVE BALL HE WAS THERE TO PINCH HIT IT OUT OF THE PARK... THE ENTIRE STAFF IS THE SAME WAY EACH PERSON MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR ARE THE ONLY ONE THAT MATTERS...
