Alecia Elston is amazing!! I started off doing the Social Security Disability process on my own and it was very difficult and confusing to navigate. After I found Alecia she immediately made me feel at ease with her kindness, compassion, and understanding. I contacted the office after being denied for my disability. She clearly explained the process, walked me thru everything and explained the fees etc. Given everything is still delayed in courts with Covid and backlogs it did take awhile to get to the hearing phase. The office obtained all my medical documentation which was very lengthy and time consuming. When it came to the hearing she allowed me to come into the office to do it over the phone as I wanted. She definitely helped me win my case.
