I had the Great pleasure of having Mark Hayden as my disability Attorney. I had talked to a # of other disability attorney's prior to finding Mark to represent me to close my case out. These other Attorney's wouldn't take my case because and I quote "there was no money to be made". I just needed representation to close the case. Mark didn't mention anything about money and said "I will help you out". He was kind and smart, reading through the case and getting me thru it. He explained to me that it is a complicated case for a hand injury to a dentist. I followed his guidance and in the end he negotiated a settlement with the insurance company and closed the case for me. Several people told me that I should retain a lawyer when I was on Workers Comp. This was especially true when the carrier sent me for an IME. Many websites indicated this was a sign they were going to screw me over. Well, they did and I contacted Segar & Sciortino, whom I found on Google Maps as the highest rating. Well, ratings don't mean a thing. The person I spoke with indicated that the people who said I should retain a lawyer don't have their law degree and that I shouldn't believe everything I read on the internet. I was basically told that if the carrier stops paying me, then call them back. Well, I did get suspended and I did NOT call this place back.

I got injured in September 2021 and was having a hard time with the worker’s comp so I gave them a call and met Mark Hayden. I never knew how hard this would turn out to be. Mr.Hayden has made it easy for me to get in contact with him. He’s also making sure I get all the medical need’s. He has just made my life a little easier so that I can consecrate on my injury and getting back to work. I am very pleased with all of the work that he has done for me so far.
