From start to finish I knew I could always count on Katie whether I had a concern or a question with my case. She was always professional and knowledgeable but she did so with compassion and honesty the entire time. I always felt I had someone in my corner the entire time. She made me feel that no matter how small my case may be compared to others that I was important and deserved prompt attention.
