My husband and I needed an estate plan. We met with Ken for two sessions, the first was an introduction session for one hour. Ken took it from there, after about three to four weeks we received a complete package by mail to review. The second session we reviewed the package and signed the documents. Ken and the office team were very professional and friendly. We are very satisfied with the service provided by this office.

We met with Mr. Kraus on two occasions to review the parameters of elder law and estate planning. His presentations to us were very comprehensive and informative. We subsequently contracted with him to prepair and present us with an Estate plan which we signed and had notorized.

Ken was highly recommended by another attorney who didn't practice the area of law I was in need of. It was a perfect match for my needs. He is friendly, professional and courteous. He is able to convey clearly all the information needed to estate plan without overwhelming you with the legal jargon but not so simplistic that you are confident you comprehend the applicable language of the law. I came away with a reliable finished product for my needs. It was unrushed and all the necessary bases were covered before we finalized the paperwork and completed the process.
