I was recently in a serious car accident, which was not my fault!! I chose the firm of Ferraci Lange to represent me in trying to reach a fair settlement on my behalf due to their good reputation.. Lesley Niebel was assigned to my case and from the very beginning, I felt that she had my best interest at heart and would go above and beyond to make sure that my claim came to a satisfactory conclusion!! Lesley worked tirelessly on my case, and repeatedly refused to accept the meager settlements offered by the other insurance company. She was incredibly easy to work with, clearly had expertise in her field, and kept me very well informed throughout the entire process of what was going on! She was always approachable by phone or email, and answered my questions efficiently and quickly! I was very impressed that she was always only a phone call away, and was always pleasant and friendly to deal with!! When I called 3-09-23 I was told that I would receive a call a week from the day. It was getting later in the day so I called them and I did not like the way the call was going. She acts as if she couldn’t give me information but gave it to me. All I was asking is to see if anyone was going to call me like I was told and she told me instead of them calling they sent a letter. No one informed me of a letter. And they couldn’t even tell me on the phone on whether or not I was accepted or not. It was really annoying so I’ll take my business elsewhere
