There are very few positive moments attached to a divorce. However hiring Mark Bezinque was one of them. I received many referrals for lawyers and after researching each and every lawyer it was Mr. Bezinque that I trusted with my case. I have thoroughly appreciated all of his legal advice and expertise. Mark knows what he's talking about, which made it easy to trust his advice, he is very down to earth, kind and helpful. He has been nothing short of amazing. Although this has been an extremely difficult time in my life, he has given me piece of mind. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Mark was a superb attorney to consult with and eventually hire . He was diligent and in my case was able to answer all of my legal questions about Marriage and Divorce, He took the time to explain what my options were and when I decided a course of action He executed them in a timely manor ..Well worth the time and money ….

Mark Bezinque represented me until I need to terminate his services. He presented himself as a highly interactive and fair council in my divorce case, but he was anything but that. Once he received his retainer, I could not get calls back from him. He did not move the divorce forward and provided very limited expertise as to a strategy to get to a fruitful conclusion. After multiple non-returned calls, I finally had to terminate his services and pursue other council. Mr. Bezinque, did not forward to new council as required by NYS law, all of the information I paid for and gave to him for this case. With new council I had to get all new material to . Mr. Bezinque had no problem in charging though; Even though I did not use all of the initial retainer, he billed extra hours above and beyond and then transferred the remaining portion without agreement to my new council. An amount that was much smaller. When I approached him about this, he did the typical thing and did not respond. I gave him two stars just so people would read this so it would not be taken as a scorn 1 star review. candidly, I would give him one. He is rated 5 stars here and on AVVO, but learned that you can fabricate much of that. Now I may need to take him to small claims court...taking attorney to small claims..I am sure that wont cost more than the cost of the money he owes!

Finding and hiring a lawyer on line can be difficult.. and finding one in a city that you don't live in is even more challenging. How do you know if he/she is any good ? Will he/she be expensive ? Will he/she work in the best interest for YOU? Well, these were the kinds of questions I was struggling with while I was sorting through all the ads and web sites on line... until I found Mark. After the very first phone call I just felt that he was the right one. He seemed smart, caring and made me feel comfortable that he understood the divorce process well and would work hard for me.... so I hired him sight unseen! To this day I have never met him in person but feel like I gained a friend along the way. My divorce was finalized nearly 3 years ago and looking back I owe Mark a debt of gratitude! He helped me through one of the most difficult periods in my life and today I am in a new chapter and I couldn't be happier. I never thought I would feel that way but it is true! Mark - Thank you for all you did, your guidance through the divorce process... and for making sure my interests were properly addressed.

Mark has been a great help in this difficult event in my life. He is of course very knowledgeable in this process, and addresses concerns and questions with professionalism but he is also direct which I really appreciated (a lawyer's time is not cheap). There is a lot that needs to be handled during the divorce. He made the steps and processes very clear and easy to understand. I feel very fortunate to have been able to have secured Mark as my attorney. I hope never to have a friend in need of his services but I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I had been fighting with my ex for far too long trying to get a divorce. No matter who I talked to, everyone was certain that this divorce was going to be a long, drawn out process because he was not co-operating with me. My mother (who has also retained Mark's services) referred me to Mark, and not only was he able to free me from a 6 year separation, but he did so without an exorbitant price tag included. He was very compassionate, understanding how upset I was with the situation, and always kept me well informed of what was going on when, where we were with the situation, what he was going to do and how we were going to go about things. So I was never in the dark about what was happening with my case. Mark was a total Godsend to helping to move my life forward!
