John Marchioni was EXTREMELY rude... said he would not talk to an irrelevant layperson when I asked to speak about a letter I had received and then proceeded to hang up on me. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONALLY and honestly unethical. wouldnt want to EVER do business with such a person. Really sad that he feels that just because he is an attorney he is better then the rest of us.

Not happy at ALL with this experience. I guess you live and learn.....

Sandy and John, not only go above and beyond for their clients but Sandy showed up at my house after I received a alarming email from my first (now fired &replaced) KW RE Angent who tried to tell my husband and I, that my signed contract in August...no inspection deal was now longer a deal & buyers were pulling out. Sandy showed up at my house and within an hour And from there did everything That my RE Agent should have done to save the deal and then filled out all documents needed to get the deposit and even filled out the forms that I would need to take the first buyers to small claims court! They both stayed in contact with me and Sandy even pointed me into the right direction to an NEW REMAX Agent who has not let us down or pulled any illegal methods to sell our home. Our deal is not finished yet but I can sleep well knowing that they have our back!!! Also that is can text or call them and my questions get answered with in hours! Affordable and honest... if you have John and Sandy G. Working ALL of your RE Attorney NEEDS your in GREAT hands!!!! I won’t go anywhere else!!!!

Closed on a house with these associates. There was a small error with paperwork- the lawyer we closed with said to call them to help straighten out the issue. We've been calling the office 2-3 times per week, with no return calls. Poor customer service.

John and his entire team are worth every single penny. I wouldn't be as confident and assured in my daily business as a Realtor if I didn't have John and his entire team on my side. It takes the worry out of that side of the business, and you cant charge enough for that. The only way to repay for that service is to keep coming back and sending referrals.
