I just closed the refinance of my first mortgage with Citizens Bank. The process with Citizens was hugely frustrating and at one point I was going to quit the process. The staff at Webber Law got everything in order so that I was able to close finally after over 2 months. I cannot thank them enough for their thoroughness, timely communication and professionalism.

Very BAD experience since the attorneys are NOT RESPONSIVE at all. You can’t find them when you have questions or concerns, they never pick up the call and never reach back.

I got a referral to this law firm from the bank I have my mortgage with. I’ve called and emailed and no one has gotten back to me. Receptionist was rude when I called the first time and acted like she couldn’t be bothered. Very unprofessional, rude and a very frustrating experience. Bad business practices on citizens bank and also Santariello & Associates
