Helped me close on my new house. They were friendly and nice office to work with.

If there was a better definition for pompous it would be Blake Webber. If you are looking for an attorney who treats you indifferently and feels as though you are just another number to add to the books, then Blake Webber is your guy! My girlfriend and I recently purchased our first home and Webber Law (Kirsten) was recommended to us by our realtor. We discovered a few issues during our final walk through, and the seller's attorney was unavailable prior to our closing (the following day). Likewise, any open issues were left for resolution at the closing table. Without any notice, the attorney assigned to our case (Kirsten) could not attend and Blake filled in. As result of Blake's failure to properly communicate the issues at hand, we, as first-time home buyers, were unaware of which issue(s) was/were being argued in hopes of obtaining a credit. As result of the closing, we are now left with over $3,000 of structural damage which must be paid for out of our own pocket. Blake failed to do his job as our attorney and likewise failed to mitigate the issue at hand. I personally discussed this concern with Blake and he continues to believe that he did nothing wrong and made everything crystal clear (hence the pompous reference). Had Blake made everything crystal clear, I would not be writing this poor review. Blake's idea of his role in a closing is to attend, have the respective parties sign on the lines, and then head back to the office. I have now sent multiple unanswered emails to both Blake and Kirsten. At this point, Blake has decided to take our money and run. So, again, if you are looking for an attorney who does not listen to or care for your needs, Blake is your guy!

Between June and December, 2015, Kirsten Lamb juggled for us the selling of two homes, and the purchase of a third. She is very efficient about getting information to you, or answering questions, in a VERY TIMELY MANNER (sometimes I wondered if she ever went home!). She EXPLAINS things THOROUGHLY and ANSWERS ALL QUESTIONS without ever making you feel like it's a 'silly question', and without using a lot of legal jargon. She always KEPT HER COOL, even when things got frustrating with the other parties involved. I would have NO HESITATION IN RECOMMENDING her, and plan on using her services in the future.

Kirsten did both our sale and purchase closings for our residences. She was excellent; always timely, accurate and helpful. She took time with us, especially as our sale deal with a house in a flood zone, so several issues needed to be very accurate.

I used Kirsten for the closing on a home I sold and several months later on a home I purchased. She was remarkably thorough on both matters. She kept on top of everything from start to finish and returned my calls/texts in a timely fashion. The day of closing (on my purchase) we met and I felt very much at ease going into the closing. I have no reservation in referring Kirsten to my family and friends or in contacting her again for future home buying legal expertise

Ms. Lamb was our attorney handling the sales of our home. The work was excellent and she is readily available to answer our questions. We have no hesitation to recommend her to our friends and family.
