Mr. Korotkin has been awesome since the first day I contacted him regarding my bankruptcy over 2 years ago. He has been very reasonable, very responsive, and got things done as quick as I could do my part getting him what he needed from me. I filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy and the whole process was seamless. He made it very easy to understand what's going on, and very easy to provide him what I needed to provide to get it done. I had a garnishment from a judgement I had when I was an irresponsible 19 year old 17 years prior that came back to haunt me at that time. Since then, I had 2 creditors still try to contact me after the bankruptcy was discharged. One being shortly after and Mr. Korotkin responded immediately and took care of communication to make sure they stopped. Here we are 2 years and 2 months after my discharge and I received a garnishment letter from my employer a couple days ago stating a creditor that was included in my bankruptcy was garnishing my wages next paycheck on the 17th of July. Mind you, that is 1,000% the creditor's error as they're all notified of the bankruptcy at the time it took place. Alexander responded right away to my email, and took care of it that same day. This is 2 years after the last time we spoke. I received notification from my employer today that the creditor contacted them and admitted it was their error and there will not be a garnishment happening. I'm forever grateful for him handling my bankruptcy as he did, and even more so for not even hesitating to handle the incident 2 years later. I would very highly recommend Mr. Korotkin to ANYBODY needing his services for bankruptcy, or anything else he provides services for. Thanks again and while I hope I never need your services again, I will not think twice about calling you right away if I do!

My experience with Alex has been nothing but positive. He is very knowledgeable in his areas of expertise and helped me immensely with my very contentious divorce. Alex is truly professional and will look out for his clients and maximize their position wherever possible; and he does this without sacrificing his values. The focus is always on what's pertinent to the case, not what muddies the water, and is done without any kind of bias. There are many lawyers out there who will take your case and mislead you because income is their motivating factor, but not Alex. Alex cares about his clients needs and will advise them according to the law. I would thoroughly recommend Alex to anyone.

A friend of mine recommended Alex because of several court cases he had won, involving a employer separation packages and a QDRO. My ex would have received 1/3 of a fairly significant separation package. Because of her normal defiance and resistance, we had to go to court. Alex won again, so I was able to receive 100% of my retirement separation package. Alex's demeanor is low key but results oriented. He is Fair and Honest with likely outcomes. I have also had to use Alex in Family Court, to which I would recommend him for any legal advice, regardless if you are a man or woman.
