Ron Axelrod is an excellent attorney for both personal and commercial usage. He has been my business' personal contracts attorney since the company's inception in 1989. Ron and his paralegal Michele were great . Quick but thorough. I have several commercial and residential properties , and LLC and a business. I needed an updated will, power of attorney and health care proxy for my self and my husband . I meet with Ron and he got all the details. Michele did lots of copying and notarizing. Would definitely recommend them.
