We both would like to take this opportunity to tell anyone that needs a DWI lawyer what an outstanding job Todd did, not on;y was e understanding of how afraid I was at the possibility of losing my fiance for 1-3 years, he was a complete professional in his handling of his case. I made the biggest mistake of my life but Todd and his paralegal Janna were there too help me through. The first couple months were nerve racking with court datres and stuff and I was fearing the worst. From hearsay of others experiences I made out pretty well considering three three tickets including two for aggravated dwi, and one for a traffic violation. I ended up with one charge of common law dwi and a minimal fine. I Still have restrictions on my license for 6 months but have heard stories of people paying allot more and getting much more severe results. To sum it up I highly recommend Todd and his crew.

There were several positives about Todd Wisner representing me. Foremost, we eventually were able to have my DUI charge reduced to a DWAI. At times Todd seemed aloof, but his reputation as a good lawyer is apparent. I was offered a couple of pleas, and both times we turned them down. When the third one came, Todd seemed to be satisfied with that one, but I wasn't. Todd then told me what we needed to do to pursue a better offer. We did this, and we got it. I also appreciated that I saved $1,000 by paying for my case up front. Todd's services aren't cheap, but you are paying for his reputation as well as his services. Janna from his office was amazing throughout the entire process.

If you are reading this chances are you are already in need of a DWI lawyer. If not, then do some preventative maintenance and grab one of their cards from the office. Read the back of the card and keep it in your wallet in the unfortunate turn of events that you need their services. Now, for those of you that (like myself) were in need of a dwi attorney, look no further. This team will go above and beyond the call of duty in your defense. There are other dwi attorneys out there, but whereas Todd will be the one with you at every court appearance, many of the competing firms will have a paralegal by your side. I had a felony dwi accompanied by no less than eleven tickets. Everything was wrapped up under a misdemeanor dwi with no probation. I'm not bragging about getting away with my actions by any means. I was in the wrong and I paid and continue to pay for my actions that night. I AM however, in complete awe of the professionalism and dedication provided me by Wisner and Wisner. Todd in himself is amazing, but his entire team, especially a particular paralegal by the name of Janna were with me the entire time. Every time I felt the odds were insurmountable with no chance of getting through this, Janna was there for me. I have the utmost respect for any firm that treats their clients as more of a family member than simply a customer. If like myself, you made a mistake and are in need of legal representation do yourself a favor and set up a consultation. You simply cannot afford not to.

After a few decades of no blemishes with our DMV, I was arrested for a DWI. It was the most difficult thing I had to endure in my life so far. I'm so fortunate to have Todd Wisner in my corner. When I was first arrested for a DWI charge I felt as though my life would be tainted with what happened. Mr. Wisner assured me that this charge would be reduced, and he did just that. It was a very long drawn out process over a year long. However, I knew it was not my attorneys fault it took that long. I am very satisfied with Mr. Wisner and his staff for all they did for me. Engineer in College. Made a really dumb mistake. I knew this was gonna be bad. I was really smart, but I felt so hopeless. St. Pattie's Day weekend, after a long week of work, my buddies and I headed to the bar for happy hour. I though I was good for the 2 miles home. While giving my friend a ride back, I was pulled over and arrested for DWI. I didn't hit anything or even blow over a .10, but it didn't matter. My life has been turned upside down. It is safe to say this has been the most difficult few month of my life. I've paid and then some. Fines, Suspensions, overdrafts, missed work, being more broke that I thought I could be, and all the while hiding it from my parents. I didn't think I could hit a lower low. I called Wisner and Wisner. They reassured me I'd be ok. They offered me coffee and make me feel like a person again. Mr. Wisner picked me up as I escaped work for my court date, and Janice assured me that the firm had my back. I genuinely felt protected by the firm - I was able to avoid community service, a breathalyzer-starter for my car, and most importantly, I was able to avoid a criminal record. My DWI was reduced to a traffic infraction. I still have a long way to go, but things are looking up.
