Johanna (Rockville Centre, NY office) was very professional and thorough. After a couple of in-person consultations to iron out the particulars of my documents, I was invited back a third time to go over the final version. I did not have to pay them anything until I was completely satisfied with the work they did. Johanna took her time explaining each page to me, and what everything meant. I was told I could call any time I wanted if I had any more questions. As of now, am I very satisfied with preparation of my documents, and I can definitely recommend Ettinger.
