Horrible , I repeat horrible , none professional , a location full of emotional people but lack the same emotions to fight your case , don’t waste your time with them

This firm had my accident case for 5 whole years. They Swore they were working on it and a half a decade later finally agrees to settle out of their own account for the mistakes done on their behalf. I should’ve received my check within 2 weeks of me signing off but 2 weeks later my check is in their hand (literally) rather than my mailbox. Not only that, but they threw out my OTHER case where the insurance company already had a check cut for me 5 years ago for property damages because I agreed to settle for my personal injury. To make this whole firm even more interesting, I was informed my attorneys were changed about 4-5x over the past half decade come to find out they were paralegals posing as attorneys and when I asked about the confusion, the actual attorney (whom I had my very first conversation with 5 years after he picked up my case unbeknownst to me) he had no clue what I was talking about. They aren’t rude, but their professionalism with this case is humiliating, degrading, depressing and has caused me real stress and anxiety. I hope anyone who deals with them has a much better experience than me. Good luck to you all.
