Horrendous!! Advised us NOT to pay my mortgage and PROMISED to get us into the Obama Modification program...she FAILED and now I have to short sell my home. Never called with updates, I had to call for updates. Charged thousands for the Modification process and wanted thousands more after the Modification failed to go to court.
