Let me begin by saying that if you are looking for a personal injury attorney, your search ends here. Gruenberg Kelly Della are the best hands down. Professionalism doesn't even begin to scratch the surface of what makes this firm and every single person in it deserving of high praise. When you choose GKD, you are treated like the most important client they have on their schedule. From regular emails and calls so you aren't left wondering what is going on with your case, direct communication with your attorney, not just the paralegals and reception. Not that the paralegals and receptionists aren't fantastic as well, taking the time to help with any tiny detail you may need to be addressed. Making you feel like you matter isn't the only thing that sets GKD apart from other attorneys either. They are also just damn good at what they do. When you bring them a case, they will work tirelessly, and very quickly at that, to give you the results you hope for. After working with GKD, specifically Mr. Della, it is very clear this firm is truly dedicated to honesty and integrity when it comes to their clients, and these days that is such a rare thing to find.

Everyone at the firm has been amazing. From Mike Della who originally took my case, to Amanda who kept me up to date with what was going on, to Glenn who was my trial lawyer and went above and beyond to make sure I was represented at trial in the best capacity. Glenn is an absolute tiger in the courtroom and is not afraid to jump around to make sure everyone is awake and focused on what he is trying to convey. 10 out of 10 if I ever have another personal injury suit (god forbid, my wife, would kill me) I would absolutely have them represent me. My case went for 3 and a half years before it finally went to trial after my surgery and medical treatments etc and they were with me every step of the way.

Terrible experience with this law firm. They dropped my case, then took it back, then dropped me again. They don't communicate with the client and its almost impossible to speak to your lawyer. They filled me with confidence and left me hanging with my case and I was not able to move on with another lawyer because they would not release their name from the case with the insurance company that I wanted to sue which left my hands tied with moving further with my case. Each time I contacted them, the same promises were made, but never followed up. I have never written a bad review of anything in my life, but this company frustrated me enough to the point of doing so.

Truly amazing law firm!! Glenn Auletta is a phenomenal trial lawyer. He thinks outside the box and quick on his toes! Does things a little different than you would expect but certainly is everything you want in a lawyer and then some!! Would highly recommend him and the firm!!!!

My experience was , They didn’t communicate very much with me, I called them for updates every 2-3 months of hearing nothing during the almost 7 months they reviewed my sons case and they finally called to tell me that my son had no case after the NY State Justice Center for people with special needs investigation revealed and reported my 9 y.o son had been physically abused by staff In NYCCC in Queens. They said “he didn’t have any injuries “....Really?!? I guess they just not as Good as they claim!!

Glenn Auletta was fantastic! He handled our case not only with professionalism and care but in such a way that gave me the confidence we had the best chance for a favorable outcome. He took the time to explain the process, timelines and expectations from the very beginning. I never felt pressured nor did I feel like I was ever lost in a sea of cases. Can't thank Glenn enough! I also wanted to extend my thanks to Mike Della who assisted as well. Both are top notch attorneys.
