Misses court dates and overcharges

Scott prepared our wills and estate documents. He was terrific! He was extremely kind, flexible, and knowledgeable, explaining the process/documents and answering all our questions along the way. We would highly recommend him!

I was trying to wait until everything was settled before I gave a review of my services, but there hasn’t been any. Scott has not contacted me since March of this year, and the probate of my mothers estate has dragged on for over two years with barely to no communication at all. Each time I’ve reached out over been met with silence. There is honestly no excuse for the lack of communication.

Needed help with getting Letters of Testamentary approved by the court. Scott delivered in less than 3 weeks as promised. Easy and timely. Would highly recommend Scott and his staff.

Our family needed help with the extremely complicated and overwhelming process of applying for Medicaid when my mother-in-law needed a nursing home. Scott and the entire staff were receptive, responsive, and accepted about 1000 pages of documents that I just dropped at their office. They sorted it and navigated the process with a perfect outcome. Since I was so confused it was apparent that any information I was giving them would also be confusing. They cut right through all of it. Scott was always available and ready to provide accurate information and guidance with any question I had regardless of its pertinence to Medicaid.
