I called them cause of eviction they filed in my name. The women said Camille Morris which is the finance department told them to sue me for non payment of rent.
I did tell her that's a lie...

Bruce Sontag, through his impressive due diligence, saved us from buying a property that was set to drop substantially in value because of a pending lawsuit regarding the air rights of an adjacent property. Had we not had his professional research to consult, we would have ended up buying the property. We remain impressed by his responsiveness, thoroughness, and drive to illuminate and anticipate problems at hand. Couldn’t recommend him enough.

When my wife and I sold our home of 33 years and purchased a co-op, we called upon Bruce Sontag to represent our interests and guide us through this process. Bruce’s expertise, knowledge and organizational skills allowed for both closings to be completed without any issues. In addition, Bruce was attentive to all of our concerns and questions for which we will be forever grateful.
