I'd give Kyran 6 stars if possible! As a first time homebuyer, Kyran answered every question I had in a timely manner (Believe me—I had many) and led me through every step of the buying/ closing process, saving me a significant amount of money by working with the sellers attorney to reduce fees due to items noted at the walkthrough.
