I was a single mother trying to maintain primary physical custody of my young son and Kurt Mausert failed to make that happen. He actually basically gave the father 50/50 custody which is still effecting myself and my son to this day. I would say if you are a mother looking to hire a lawyer for a child custody case to steer clear of hiring Kurt Mausert.

I am so pleased with all of my dealings with Attorney Kurt Mausert. He has an impeccable work ethic, tremendous compassion for those who are in need. He is sincere in his words, thoughts and correspondence. It is rare to meet someone who is this easy to talk to, understands your predicament quickly and fully, offers invaluable advice and is a decent, genuine nice guy! Any legal situations that may come up for me in the future, I know the only lawyer that I can really trust and that I have confidence in is Atty. Kurt Mausert. I feel very confident in his approach to the law, his empathy for others and his strength is his decency and integrity. I will tell all my friends and co-workers about his superior abilities in the law.

I cannot recommend Kurt highly enough. He has handled several family court matters for me, as well as a personal injury case for a family member -- all with great success. He is extremely responsive (sometimes getting replies to emails on weekends). He and his staff are very friendly and pleasant to deal with. He is an aggressive advocate for his clients.

Kurt was amazing! Not only was he responsive to my every question and reassuring when I was so upset about the way the police handled my case, but he managed the case to a great outcome so my reputation and pocketbook were not destroyed. I love his easy-going, direct style, and his office staff is also very responsive. He also seems to know every judge in the immediate universe and because they think highly of him, they are very inclined to work with him and respect his recommendations.

Kurt is the best lawyer in this entire area. He is aggressive, smarter than most of the judges around and will go above and beyond to help his clients. We have used his services many times and will continue to do so if needed!!! You will not be disappointed with this man or his wonderful secretary Kim. They both treated us like we were family, therefore made our difficult time bearable. I would give a zillion stars if I could!!!!

I unfortunately was injured by a reckless assailant who was intoxicated one evening while out with some friends enjoying some live entertainment at a local nightclub. He made me as comfortable as possible for being a victim and in return got me a substantial compensation for my pain and suffering. I would recommend Kurt Mausert to anyone if they want a true lawyer that has your back every step of the way.
