I have known Kurt for many years and he has always behaved in an ethical manner. He has given me good, sound legal advice and the correct answer, even when it was not what I wanted to hear. He delivered it in a sound, caring and compassionate manner. I would recommend Kurt's legal services to anyone. He has recently taken on an tragic case with an unpopular client because everyone has a right to their day in court with competent council, kudos to Kurt for doing the right thing.

Kurt is an ethical, compassionate, and highly skilled attorney with a deep understanding of the law and legal processes. He is respectful and responsive. He has provided myself and those close to me sound counsel on various matters. He is considerate in billing practices and once asked that a family member who was putting himself through college, in lieu of an attorney’s fee, donate what he could to a charity. It has also come to my attention that due to his representation of a murder suspect in a national-level case, people are threatening Kurt and trying to tarnish his image, in part by making false negative reviews, on this site.

I've done multiple cases with Kurt Mausert. Each time the outcome was better than could have been expected. A brilliant attorney who cares about his clients. Ignore trolls who don't even know him but badmouth him for doing his duty as a defense lawyer and defending unpopular clients.

Kimberly Allen is a wonderful attorney who I retained for my divorce after my first attorney nearly left me with negligible custody of my son and indefinitely paying my ex-wife of 4-years an alimony. In addition to getting nearly 50% custody and not having to pay an alimony, Kimberly won several motions against me for court fees to my ex – $30k, $60k, and then $90k … of these, after leaving my first attorney and retaining Ms. Allen, I only had to pay $2,500 of the requested $180k. I am continuing to work with Kimberly to resolve violations of my divorce agreement and recommend her use vs. a large firm (and not being listened to or cared for like I was with my first attorney). Kimberly is clear, concise, and responsive – she works effectively and efficiently to ensure proper use of her fees.
