I went to Gerard with a sticky case. I was stuck in a complicated situation legally, and was dealing with a person who was not complying with their job requirements. I was stuck. Gerard did everything he knew to do, to get me out of this unfortunate situation. He was extremely informative the whole process, and made sure I understood what was happening with not having much legal knowledge. Our family contracted Mr. Amedio when our mother was stuck by a van (in a cross walk). Mr. Amedio was very helpful when it came to understanding the steps in the lawsuit and always answered any questions. I unfortunately, like most humans had made a mistake and was in some legal trouble and had reached out to Mr. Amedio. He had responded within an hour on a saturday and we were scheduled to speak on the phone that monday to discuss the details of the case. Following that phone call we had setup a visit to meet in person to decide if I was going to be having Mr. Amedio represent myself. Upon meeting at the offices of Mr. Amedio you are greeted by his Paralegal/Assistant Angela. Angela and Mr. Amedio took the time to review my case and spoke about possible outcomes from best to worst. I had felt very good about the experience I was getting already, and they had made me feel like they were going to do what was best for me, I had decided to hire Mr. Amedio. As weeks passed by we finally get the chance to speak with the agreement he was able to get. With the work of Mr. Amedio he was able to get the best possible outcome in this case.
