Very bad experience, was assigned a lawyer, Amanda Connors. She was not based in Saratoga Springs and I was asked several times to drive toward Albany to meet. She wanted to get the case closed as quickly as possible (I did too) but with no regard for how it affected the rest of my life with my daughter. My new lawyer tells me I am now going to spend years fighting to recoup what I should have originally gotten. I have everything 50/50 and still pay full support. I could have done better by representing myself, she didn’t pursue any relevant topics during the hearing and refused to give me a recommendation when I was asked a question by the judge. This was a tremendous waste of money but more importantly my relationship with my daughter is still threatened. Luckily my new lawyer is working to undo some of the damage, and I am seeing real progress now. This is far more time and money now because of my experience with the Cordell & Cordell in Saratoga county

I could write pages and more pages and would still not be enough to describe how impressed my husband and I were with Martin. He is VERY smart, competent and caring. Polite, knowledgeable, hardworking attorney who will always put client's interest above all. He did a very fine job for myself and my family in an estate litigation matter. I am an attorney myself so I believe that my critique of another attorney is right in line. I would definitely hire this attorney for any legal matter.

Martin handled a very complex commercial arbitration for my company. He is pleasent and trustworthy. We worked many late nights as well as weekends for us. He also went on 2 multi-day trips with us to speak with witnesses and work on potential settlement offers. Despite his other workload and clients he was always availble to take my calls and follow up with my requests. There were many times when I needed lengthy responses and documents filed "today" and he always got it done. In fact he missed the company holiday party because we were in court on an emergency action. Martin is an excellent lawyer and a great person to work with.
