It’s a long story and I explained it in detail In another review. Ultimately, unfortunately this will be handled in family court when the time comes. Maybe she will be good for your case, but in mine neither she or her assistant Rose were ethical or truthful. They did not help my situation and instead made it far worse.

I generally don’t take the time to write reviews but I feel it’s important to let the public know how incredibly satisfied I have been with Valerie and her staff. This has been a challenging year for my family. We suffered from the loss of a parent and placement of another into a nursing home. Valerie has been our attorney for quite some time and the planning that she had recommended a few years ago saved all of my parents assets. The movement of my mom into a nursing home has been seamless and far less troublesome than it would have been had we not created a trust over five years ago. I just want to say thank you for listening during the difficult times and lending not only a professional ear but a kind shoulder to cry on. I highly recommend Valerie Shivers.
