Joe is a great lawyer and communicator! I received a ticket in the Hamptons which his staff promptly dealt with. I received a great rate and zero points with a fine. Overall I I highly recommend their practice and should be used in the NYC area.

Villanueva & Sanchala was hired for a ticket that my son had recieved upstate. Mr Villanueva call my right away and within 5 min he was on the case. Not only was his fees reasonable he handled this matter within a few months, my son did not have to travel upstate to be there and the fine was reasonable and in my sons best interest for him to move on in the futer with this matter closed. I would recomend this law firm to anyone how needs an attorney. The process was fast profetional and within my sons needs. They were great...

I got a 6 pointer ticket for over speeding (85 in 55). I spoke to many attorneys and finally hired Joseph.
He did an excellent work and my charge was reduced to no-point offense.

Mr. Villanueva helped me after I received in speeding ticket in NY. I live too far away to return for a day in court so Mr. Villanueva appeared on my behalf.
