Horrible lawyer! Worst one I've ever worked with. I had a closing and he showed up an hour late to the closing. Everyone had to wait for him, in the end to save time the title company guy walked me through the papers because he was the only one who wasn't there. Then afterwards, the deed was sent to him and I called the office multiple times to get in contact with him since I wanted my deed to my apartment (i never even got a copy from him). I left multiple messages and never got a call back, I emailed multiple times and never got an email back. I still don't have my deed, so if you read this review Peter, I would like my deed sent to me promptly.

Dan Smyth is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. He walked me through the whole process and explained everything I needed to know in detail. He took his time and I was able to contact him whenever I needed. Dan went above and beyond and I felt he was truly genuine and honest. I got lucky to work with Avi @ A Cohen law firm. Other lawyers won’t treat you with as much care attention and respect.
