Spent $800 dollars to get my certificate did everything fingerprinting absolutely everything she said then i get told my judge died and i would have to restart the whole process looking for a new attorney have dozens of emails and phone calls voice-mails go unanswered DO NOT HIRE THIS WOMAN!! COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

Simple.. THIS LADY IS TERRIBLE!! STAY AWAY!!! No communication what so ever, never answer the phone and when you email her, response time is days... All talk and no action just to get your money.. She lost my case twice, after telling me to appeal... waste of money

Avi has been a great help representing me with my family court case & child support case. His team is amazing mainly christina. At this point they are like family to us. Avi is very patient and very informative in regards to both my cases. I definitely believe i picked the best lawyer! I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Absolutely the worst attorney. Stay away from Her. She doesn't communicate and ignores her client. Wasted 2 years and my money on her. I hired a new attorney and his information was totally different from her. If this new attorney gets me my certificate then I will sue Amy and file a complaint with the Bar Association. She has no business being an attorney.

contacted Amy in Nov ‘22 regarding a permitting issue. During our conversation she advised me that she would be making calls the next week to try to resolve the issue, and would follow up with me directly after. 2 weeks later after I have not heard from her, I followed up with multiple emails, contacted via her website and heard nothing. Another month later, she had ignored all contact. I made an appt with her via her website which she cancelled stating she had not yet contacted the necessary dept. as she had been busy with other things, but would be in touch shortly. As of this date, it has been 2.5 months since initial contact and she has yet to make contact. She happily took my $150 consult fee for 20 mins of time. Absolutely would NOT recommend.

*** I gave Ms. Bellantoni an opportunity to reach out to me prior to posting *** My experience at first was very positive and I was given alot false hope in getting a Certificate of Relief/Good Conduct. First, full year was wasted because I was never told that I needed to go before a judge meet a probation officer in person in New York County. NO WAY AROUND IT. Second, because I no longer live in NYS, this whole thing was a waste of time anyway. PA, plus another 24 states, do not work with NYS in providing interviews necessary to get a certificate. The only way, is if I sell my house and move back (not going to happen) and get an interview as a resident. This is incredibly important information that an attorney should know. Thirdly, when I reached out many times regarding this, she has gone completely silent.

Great lawyer. Used him several times already. Knowledgeable, friendly, explains everything well. Highly recommend and will definitely use again in future.

I would stay away..Horrible attorney...Zero communication, i would call but never answer and would wait for days for a return phone call, No plan for defense, felt like she didn't take my case serious, convinced me to appeal a verdict to lose once again...spent so much money... Avoid!!!!
