Joseph is gem of a person, very honest and professional! After listening to my traffic violation, he advised not to contest given it was not a major violation, though I still decided to contest. He was able to negotiate and bring the violation to a mere a smaller fine. If you are looking for an honest professional, Joseph is the man! His team member, Barbara was also exceptional in customer service and communication! Excellent team. Highly recommend!

Joseph was superb. As soon as I called the office he was able to give me a consultation over the phone and made no promises on getting me completely off the speeding ticket. Which I totally understood. But he did! I just ended up paying the court fee, which is not bad considering I might of got points on my license! I definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a good lawyer in upstate NY.

Joseph Villanueva and his firm were very helpful after I'd received a speeding ticket in NY (coming from Ontario). I was unfamiliar with the process in the states, and they explained everything clearly to me including my options. They offer a discount to Canadians (for our currency exchange rate) and resolved my case to a zero point parking fine. I was very grateful for their support.

Mr. Villanueva helped me reduce my speeding 87mph in a 65mph zone ticket to a parking ticket. This brings the ticket point to 0 and it is unlikely that my insurance premium is going to increase. This is really appreciated and I will learn a lesson not to speed. Furthermore, Mr. Villanueva is very patient and professional when talking to. It was a pleasure to work with Mr. Villanueva.
