If you are a person in need of legal representation, Attorney Daniel Smalls is your man! Lots of moving parts in the field of law, law enforcement and the judicial system. He cuts through it.

Hired him for some simple traffic tickets. He was unresponsive after I paid him I could not get a hold of him. His assistants did a good job but he would not answer texts or calls. Multiple times that he didn’t show up to court or had the court date adjourned without giving any notice I sat in court for 4 hours one day when he was supposed to be there just to be told me had moved the court date and given me no notice about it. Got caught in lies and made excuses. Eventually decided to hire a new attorney his assistant told me I needed to appear in court with him to have him removed as my attorney he did not show up in court then when I confronted him about it he was rude and basically told me to fxxk off and had no acknowledgment to the fact that he was supposed to be in court with me as per the court itself and told to me by his assistant. Do not hire this guy. He’s not listed on google which is very weird my guess is that he removed himself due to a high number of bad reviews. Half the reviews on here are bad and after reading the good ones seems like a few of those were typed up by someone at his law office.

Daniel was hired, great contact prior to hiring but never heard from him again after he took my money. Later said he couldn’t do anything for me and advised me to get another attorney. He’s not a lawyer he’s a thief in a suit.

The worst Lawyer you can ever hire, will not pick up your calls, will not do what he said he is going going to do. caution do not hire Danielle Smalls suspicion, he works with the other side.

He was very attentive and fought for me till the very end I owe my life to this man any one who wants a person to fight for them needs to hire him best decision I’ve ever made!!!!!!!

Dan was hired to handle a very serious three-year-old felony gun case that had been previously screwed up by a different lawyer. Dan came on board, last minute, knowing the challenges he faced from the errors of the prior lawyer as well as the tight timeframe to prepare. He was ready to fight from the start. His experience, his energy and his genuine concern for his client led to an incredible performance in court and ultimately the suppression of the gun and dismissed indictment. He worked as part of a team, working well with a co-defendant’s attorney as well as with the client and family. You’re better getting a public defender and after firing him I found he withheld valuable information.It’s not a fact I believe he’s selling his own people out.

This guy is a junior lawyer at best. He goes into trial making wild gestures without any relevant facts like he’s on tv. I would advise against anyone hiring him. He’s not that much better then a public defender.
