An individual never wants any type of an accident to happen, but when it occurs when you are out of state it is so much worse. We were not familiar with any attorneys from the state of NY, so I looked on line. We called John Harwick and left a message. The call back was immediate. That type of response happened throughout the whole process. There were many times when I would email him either early morning or late evening and he would respond almost immediately.
