I lost three of my children in family Court to the state because of her lack of willingness to present information to the courts and to meet with me before trials to develop a strategy I am looking for an attorney to sue her my name is Max my number is 518-752-8530 if anybody can help me please do so she destroyed our lives she destroyed my family

Worst experience I have ever had with an attorney’s office/ team. She was my attorney but never seen her one time. She said she couldn’t even get me in to consult before the pre trial. Was never on time to anything and can’t give you the courtesy of letting you know. Then her fellow attorney shows up to a pre trial in her place with nothing but a blank piece of paper. I suggest you go to any other attorney’s office before her. I would even say represent yourself before going through her offices/ team of attorneys she has.

Mrs. Rappazzo represented me in my family court appearance. She was disrespectful to myself and my family. She made demeaning comments, she did not have the best interest of my children in mind, she worked with the lawyer of my exe who I later found out worked for her as a legal secretary, and she refused to help me, which resulted in my exe getting more then he ever should of. She talked down to me and talked about my case to others, violating my confidentially. I would not recommend this heartless woman to anyone.

I was looking for a lawyer to handle an eviction case and Rachel Rappazzo delivered. She explained the procedures and walked me through in terms I could understand. She gave me advice based on her experience and knowledge of the court system. Rachel was able to get the eviction as well as have the judge order a settlement for the over due rent. The staff was very helpful and cooperative. I highly recommend Rachel Rappazzo.

Rachel represented me when I purchased my house and she was absolutely amazing. Although I'm a lawyer myself, I still didn't feel comfortable going through the process alone. She literally walked me through every single step. She kept me informed through the entire process and it allowed me not to stress and just enjoy the excitement of buying a new home! I have had Rachel Rappazzo represent me in my sale of a house and a purchase of a new house. Before I bought my new house she made the seller reduce the price because the house had some structural issues that needed to be repaired. Rachel also found a lien on the property and made the seller pay that off before I purchased the house. Rachel really helped us and made sure our interests were protected. After the property issues I had her draft a will for me and my Wife because I knew she would do it right! Highly recommend this firm!

Rachel represented me in a divorce and later in a bankruptcy. She was attentive and professional, always available and answering questions , my settlement on the divorce was fair and she fought to get me what was fair, I would highly recommend her.

Took a very long time to file & made disparaging remarks about me to my exes attorney. She did not properly represent me & check over the details in my divorce & child support papers, costing me thousands of dollars in child support. I had to hire another lawyer to try & get the matter settled again a few years later, he discovered many things she missed & left me unprotected. Thank God we were able to make things right but not until a few years later.
