Matthew Werblin Esq. is a down to earth traffic lawyer. He is highly communicative, responding to my phone calls and emails within minutes/hours. He explains to you about your charges clearly. Mr. Werblin explained to me the process, the documents he needs, what he will do, what is expected of me (easy tasks), and the possible outcomes. Mr. Werblin appeared outside the court house well beyond the appointed time that he set with me. As like other lawyers, you can sign a waiver form and they will represent on your behalf. The fees he charged were reasonable and therefore (IMO he covered some of his own expenses, so he could have charged more) and of fair value. If you appear in court with him, he will explain to you everything again before conversing with the prosecutor and judge, and during court what were the charges(reduced, if any), and after court the results. I can see that he tries his best to defend your case, in a CONFIDENT and PROFESSIONAL demeanor. He will follow up with you even after the engagement(which I doubt many advocates would do.) Aside from being an excellent and trustworthy advocate, he genuinely cares for you and your concerns, and provided tips MULTIPLE times to me about future precautions. Heed those precautions because they are useful for you down later in your life. Mr. Werblin was never tired of my concerns and questions, and I sure asked a lot and going into a bit technical at times, and he responded to them in a thoughtful way. He is clearly educated in his field and kept up to date with his professional education. Why he isn't more popular on the web is beyond me and I know I will be referring my friends, families, and relatives to Mr. Werblin for traffic tickets in New York State.
