I had no prior criminal history and a DWI with a very high reading and I was able to resolve it so that I will ultimately avoid a criminal conviction. He was very honest and helpful and really did a great job! I don’t recommend anyone drinking and driving but if you do, Brian Trodden is the best lawyer to call!! Highly recommend!!!!!!

Brian was very helpful in court. Showed up even though I didn’t give him much notice, and wrote a letter to my job for me.

I hired Brian to handle a simple traffic matter in Suffolk County Traffic Court. He certainly seemed overqualified, and was able to resolve my issue exactly as promised and in a very timely manner. Brian came highly recommended and he even exceeded my high expectations. I had another attorney represent me last year on a criminal charge. The way the other attorney resolved my case, prevented my from serving in the military. I hired Brian to clear this issue. Brian told me he should be able to remove the conditions that were causing the problem. Brian made a motion to remove the conditions imposed at my sentencing a year earlier, and after he spoke to the prosecutor and judge, he convinced them to vacate my guilty plea and he got the charges dismissed. Wow, Brian worked a miracle for me. I was impressed. I should have hired Brian when I first got arrested.

Brian Trodden is an amazing attorney! He handles his cases very professionally and is always there when you need him via phone or email. I had a great experience with him as my attorney and when I needed anything regarding my cases he got everything taken care of quick and easy!

Mr. Trodden was my attorney in both criminal and family court. He made himself available to me for all my questions and concerns and did an outstanding job with both. He made me and my fiancé feel like we were his only clients( which we definitely weren’t). Mr. Castro I dealt with a few times in the criminal court and like his associate was both honest and very diligent with my defense and needs. In family court where you can feel very vulnerable we always felt protected and like we were being heard by him and that our thoughts and feeling were always conveyed to the judge. Sometimes when you pay for services when all is said and done you kind of have some buyers remorse ( for lack of a better term ) but with Castro and Trodden I feel 100% like it was money WELL spent. What We were charged was equal to or less then other firms , that being said I’d recommend Castro and Trodden to family and friends.
