Phil Jusino represented me on a number of court matters and always did a fantastic job. I have been dealing with the Suffolk county family court system for many years. I've brought forth many petitions, modifications, appeals with countless attorneys and it always never ended well for me. That was until I met Mr. Phillip Jusino of Lake Grove, NY. It was on one of my many court appearances in Family court that I encountered Mr. Jusino on the elevator. I introduced myself and asked him for a business card. I engaged in a brief conversation with him mentioning that I always see him there and that he must be good. He smiled and I found him to be a very pleasant and approachable man. We ended our conversation with him stating that he hoped he could help me one day. I kept his business card till my next appearance and called him. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and professional along with his staff. The whole process that I dreaded in the past was made a breeze by Mr. Jusino. When he attended my first hearing I was amazed that I now had a voice in the court room. Previously with other attorneys my requests and suggestions to the courts went unanswered. He fought for me diligently and vigorously and I finally had my day in court. This ordeal that had been weighing heavily on my family and I was finally over and in my favor. I highly recommend Mr. Jusino, as he not only showed compassion towards my case but also demonstrated how a father should be represented and respected in the family court systems of Suffolk county, NY

I hired Mr. Jusino because he was recommended by a friend to help handle a speeding ticket that me and my other friend were issued on our motorcycles for doing 100mph in a 55mph by pacing(according to the officer). I told Phil how the officer was lying from the start when he pulled us over. Long story short the officer first told me he got us on radar. Then when I asked to see the radar he told me to walk away and wrote down pacing when I know he didn't pace or radar us nor were we speeding. When Phil or his assistant(whoever he claims handled it) told us they went to the pre trial conference the first time he claimed he had our suspended(they never were yet) license reinstated and we still had the same violation which was never bargained at all. Then when the second pre trial conference came around he said he was able to have it reduced to 96mph in a 55mph zone which is still the same 11 points for being over 40mph in New York State. We even had defensive driving and a motorcycle safety course on our record. This man and his law firm clearly can't handle traffic court because we had a strong case against the accusation made by a pacing method when our officer lied about it. Even 1 more mph(95) would have reduced our points down from 11 to 8 if he learned how to negotiate. We were even so confident about it we were willing to go to trial but Phil insisted it was not a good idea and we would probable lose. This has to be the most incompetent lawyer out there. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANY TRAFFIC INCIDENTS.

He has represented me for a case that has attracted national attention and is perhaps the biggest scandal in New York right now. He has not folded under the pressure. The motions he has submitted to the courts all the way up to the NY Court of Appeals have been very aggressive while still maintaining a professional standard.
