I hired Mr Eldridge for to help out when the coop I live in was in the hands of a totally corrupt management and a corrupt board. Three shareholders were denied selling their apartments, even though there were no reasons for denial. The management were just about to sign contract for replacing windows when Mr Eldridge stopped them. Such a huge project must be communicated with the shareholders, but wasn't, so this was my main concern. Mr Eldridge helped us to straighten out this mess. We had elections and we now have a new board that is working for us the shareholders. I am very grateful to the fact that Mr Eldridge took the case and we got the help we needed.
