I recently patronized this office for assistance in helping a loved one enter a long term care facility. I was not only impressed by the level of professionalism exhibited by Janna and the individuals in your office, but for the personal regard in which my case was handled. The attention to detail and unyielding diligence was difficult for me to accept at first, but the results were exemplary and I thank them for driving me to that level of perfection. Moving a family member into the long term care system is a laborious process and emotionally one of the most difficult decisions I have ever had to make. Janna and her staff handled my delicate state with ease and intimacy . I found comfort in their confidence and confidence in their experience.
