Phil was outstanding in every way. His staff was always in the loop and able to help if Phil was in court. His knowledge and professionalism definitely makes him stand apart from other attorneys. And, he did not cause me to take out a second mortgage to handle my case!!!

He has represented me for a case that has attracted national attention and is perhaps the biggest scandal in New York right now. He has not folded under the pressure.
