From my severe depression on worrying against the first traffic offense ticket in my record since clean record, I was left hopeless with the sources I know closest to find. My Dad suggests paying in full & let time depreciate the points to ease, forums & facebook online recommends negotiations to the officer or issuer directly to dismiss is, other locals advise discussions with the judge/prosecutor to get otherwise. It was something of tasks I cannot afford with my heavy scheduled life, to work many hours, to help family and neighbours, and many other travelling required tasks. I almost gave up and to go with tradition, but my perseverance to fight against these cash-hungry companies and government got me to this not-so-recognized app/service. It takes patience, cooperation, and feedback for ideas in this journey, got my almost license-suspending tickets to an easy 2 point ticket reduction with the other dismissed. It sounds too good to be real, but if you have my email, I will prove it by facts. This saved my family and kept my clean record. GodBless

Ron and his staff are awesome!!! Ron is a class act, very honest, responsive, and efficient. I was pulled over on the southern state parkway by a NYS Trooper for speeding. 84 in a 55, which would equate to a 6 point ticket. I had some concerns as I own classic cars and would have some issues with my classic insurance and increased rates on my normal car insurance as well. After calling a bunch of lawyers who specialize in this matter Ron seemed the most confident, Honest, and relaxed about giving me the best possible outcome. I could tell by his demeanor and straightforward conversation points that he had great approach with dealing the staff at the Hauppauge TVB and most likely developed good relationships with the court officials over many years. I AM GLAD I HIRED RON COOK! HE GOT A 6 POINT SPEEDING TICKET TO A PARKING TICKET!! NO POINTS, NO MOVING VIOLATION!!! Just a fine (which is at the will of NYS) and I didn't have to waste a day going to court.
